I,SAM HAAS,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standinR,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Test~ment,hereby revoking and making void any and all other
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay and
discharge all my just debts and funerm expenses as soon as may
be after my decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind or nature and where-
soever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
~~RIE A.HAAS,her heirs and assigns forever.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my said wife,
MARIE A HAAS,to be the Executrix hereof.
