WILL OF MINNIE M.CHRIST~~N.
I,Minnie M.Christman,of the Borough of East Washing-
ton,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare the following to be my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made:
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all i
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
2.I give and bequeath to my grandson,Robert James
Murray III,the three diamond rings which were the property of
his mother,Martha Christman Murray;provided,however,that the
guardian hereinafter named shall hold the same until my said
grandson shall have reached the age of twenty-five (25,)years,and
then and not until then shall deliver them to my said grandson.
~All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever Situate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my grandson,Robert James Murray III.I appoint The
Citizens National Bank of Washington to be guardian of the estate
of my grandson,Robert James Murray III,until he shall reach the
age of twenty-one (21)years.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint John B.McCreigh~
to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this ~-j-Jjfl day of August,1948.

named Minnie M.ChristmaQ,as and for her.last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at
her request as witnesses thereto in the presence of said Testatrix
and of each other.
