(b)To pay to my son,John Byron Black,the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)per month,pplying to such monthly payments first the net ncome and if this should be insufficient, then so much of the corpus of the trust estate s shall be necessary to make up the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)per monthj such payments to continue during the natural life of my said son,John Byron Black,or the exhaustion of the trust estate whichever event shall f rst occur. c)Should any part of my trust estate remain at the death of my said son,John Byron Black,said trustee shall divide whatever there remains thereof in two equal parts or shares:One of such equal parts or shares shall be paid over unto my granddaughter,Mary Jane Stabile,nd the other part or share shall be paid over unto my grandson,John Byron Black,Jr., if they be then living and have attained their majority,absolute ly,free and discharged from any and all trusts hereunder.If either of my said grandchildren be not living to take hereunder, then the living lawful issue of each of said grandchildren saIl represent their parent and take per stirpes the same share of the trust estate which their deceased parent would have received f living,absolutely.The said trust or trusts shall continue during the minority of either of my grandchildren or their issue as hereinafter provided in subsection (d).If either of my said grandchildren be deceased at the death of my son,John -2- •• Byron Black,leaving no lawful issue,the share of the one so dying shall go to the survivor;or if both be deceased,then the living lawful issue of the survivor.If both of my said grand- children shall be deceased leaving no lawful issue,then my said estate shall be distributed in accopdance with the provisions of the Intestate Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. (d)If any share of this trust estate shall vest in a minor,the trust hereby created shall not terminate in its entirety but shall continue as to such minor until he or she attains unto the full age of twenty-one years and the trustee is authorized to apply such minor's share of the trust estate or so much thereof as may be necessary or advisable,in its jUdgment, for the proper maintenance,support,and education of such minor during minority. (e)Neither the principal nor the income of the trust estate shall be liable for the debts of any beneficiary thereof nor shall the same be sUbject to seizure or attachment by any creditor of any beneficiary under any writ or proceeding in law or in equity,and no beneficiary hereunder shall have any power to sell,assign,transfer,encumber,or in any other manner to anticipate or dispose of his or her interest in the trust estate or the income produced thereby.
