I,J08EPH6DAYN~h~f Vestaburg,Washington County,
~ennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and
declare this my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills by me heretofore made.
FI~ST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenie t.
SECO D:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situat ,
which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my
death to my daughter,Wilma Dayner,now married and known as 'ilma
Drozeck,to have and to hold the same to her own use,apsolutely
and forever.
THIRD:I do hereby appoint my daughter,Wilma Dayner,
now married and known as Wilma Drozeck,Testamentary Guardian of
my two minor children,namely:Mary Lou Dayner and John Rooert
Dayner,and direct that any money due the said two children shall
be paid to the said Testamentary Guardian without filing a bond.
FOUHTH:I hereby direct that the ~estamentary uuardian
shall have the right to sell or dispose of any of my property,
real or personal in order to obtain funds for the maintenance of
my said two children.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Wilma Dayner,now married and known as ilma Drozeck,of Vestaburg
Pennsylvania,to be executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,
and to serve without being required to furnish a bond.
