LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Violet Closser of Amwell Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
First:-I direct my executor hereinafter named,to pay all
my just debts and funeral e~penses as soon as the same can be con-
veniently done after my decease,and I further direct my said
executor to erect at my grave and at the grave of my brother,
Daniel Closser,suitable and appropriate markers,and sim lar
to those already on our family burying lot in Washington Cemetery.
Second:-I give and be~ueath to Madge Louise Loar,daughter
of Dock Loar,of West Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,the watch that I received from my mother.
Third:-I give and bequeath to Betty Grace Loar,daughter
of Dock Loar,of West Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,my wrist watch.
Fourth:-All the rest and residue of my property,both real
and personal,I give,bequeath and devise to my brother,Daniel
Closser,but in the event he should .die before me,then I give the
same,in equal shares,to the above named Madge Louise Loar and
Betty Grace Loar,children of Dock Loar.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my brother,Daniel
Closser,executor of this my last will and testament.
IN WITWESS ~EREOF,I,Violet Closser,the testatrix above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the
~~day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred
and forty-five (1945).
