FIRST:I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as possible. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,Dr. H.S.Hutchison,a tract of land in West Finley Township,Wash- ington County,Pennsylvania,containing sixty-six (66)Acres, more or less. THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,W.D. Hutchison,all my undivided one-half interest in a seventy (70) Acre tract of land,known as the Joe McKee Place. FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath unto my daUghter, Ethel M.Hutchison,a tract of land in West Finley Townsh p, Washington County,Pennsylvania,containing fifty-eight (58) Acres,more or less,and known as the Home Place. FIFTH:All the rest and residue of my estate of what- soever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Ada V.Hutchison,for and during the term of her natural life,with the right to consume any part or all of the said residue as she deems best and any balance of the said resi- due remaining at the time of the death of my wife,Ada V.Hutch- ison,or if she should predecease me,I give,devise and be- queath unto my children,share and share alike.
