and Testamentl hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I do hereby givel devise and bequeath all of my estatel in
equal sharesl to my two (2)children:Coragene Day Bristor and H.Vance
Day.
ITEM III.In the event any of my children should predecease me
leaving issue him survivingl I do hereby direct that such issue should share
the estate to which his parent would otherwise have been entitled.
ITEM IV.I hereby nominate and appoint my sonl H.Vance DaYI as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
