I,BARNETT E.CLEMENS,of the City of ashington,
Washington County,P~nnsylvania,being of sound mind and memory
do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament
hereby r~voking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and fun~ral
expenses be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and b~queath unto my son
ROY VINCENT CLEMENS and my daughter Z~LLA YO~ERS,the sum of
Five ($5.00)Dollars to each.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,
both real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my son CALVIN C.CLgMENS,provided my said son has rovid-
ed and mad~a hom~for me at the time of my decease.Otherwise,
I giv~,devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my
estate unto whomsoever shall be maintaining and providing a
home for m~at the time of my decease.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and ap oint my son,
