and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this.'
to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form
folIo ng,hereby revoking any ill or Wills hereto-
fore made by me.
FIRST:-I direct that all my just debts and
funer 1 expenses be f lly paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my dece se.
SECO D:-I give,devise and bequeath all my prop-
erty,real,personal or mixed,of hatsoever nat re and
wheresoever situated,hich I may own,to my beloved
wife,Leona Brison for and duri g her natural life.
THIRD:-At the death of my ife,Leona Brison,
I give and bequ ath all my property then remaining,
re 1,~erson 1 or mLxed to my d ughter Lillian Brison
Gnip and to my son Fernau Brison,share and sh re alike.
FOURTH:-I do hereby make,constitute and ap oint
my daughter Lillian Brison Gnip to be the Executrix of
this my Last ill and Testament.
