LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I.GRACE D.HOTHAM,of the Borough of Swissvale,County of Allegheny
and State of Pennsylvania,being (llf sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my Last
Will and Testament,at the same time revoking any'am all wills by me heretofore
I
made.
FIRST:I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon as may conveniently be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,
personal and mixed,and of'whatsoever kind,unto my two daughters,MARGARET
B~NETT and HELEN BACON,in equal shares.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my a,aid ,daughter,
MARGARET BENNETT,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will am Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this 28th day of June ,1943.
