I,MARY J.BLYTHE,
of the Borough of Charleroi,County of Washington,
and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
..~b1is a ld declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts lind funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Luella Kefover,the sum
of Thirty-five Hundred ($3500.00)Dollars in cash;also the large Hall
Clock and my heavy Band Ring.
Third.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Cora Hill,the Family
Bible;also my Wedding Ring.
Fourth.I give and bequeath to my son,James Blythe,the sum of
Fifteen Hundred (1500.00)Dollars in cash;and in case he should not be
living at the time of my decease,said sun to be given to his children.
Fifth.I give and bequeath to my son,J.Russell Blythe,the Violin
and Cello,vfuich have long been in the family.
Sixth.I give and bequeath to my son,Shanor R.Blythe,the sum of
Fifteen Hundred (~1500.00)Dollars in cash,also the gentlemen's ~atch,
which was carried by my said husband.
Seventh.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Vena J.Hartman,the sum
of Three Thousand (~3000.00)Dollars;also the Piano,my Diamond Ring,
my Diamond Broach and my Shrine Pin.
Eighth.I give and bequeath my Diamond Earrings to my sons,J.
Russell Blythe and Shanor R.Blythe.
Ninth.I authorize,empower and direct my Executors,or the survi-
vors of them,to sell and convey in fee simple,at private or public
sale or sales,any part or all of the real estate,owned or possessed by
me at the time of my decease,upon such terms and in such manner as may
in their discretion be deemed best,without any liability of the pur-
chasers for the applications,non-applications or misapplications of
the purchase moneys.
Tenth.All of the rest,residue and remainder'of my estate,I give,
devise and bequeath unto the following of my children,Luella Kefover,
James Blythe,J.Russell Blythe,Shanor R.Blythe and Vena J.Hartman,
share and share alike.~_
