County,Pennsylvania,do l~ake,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament:
FIRST:I direct the payment of my debts including my
funeral bill as soon as reasonably convenient.
SEC('ND:After the payment of my debts,I ~ive,devise
and bequeath my entire estate,real,personal and Mixed to my
husband,.lilliam V.Hays,his heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:In the event that my said husband predeceases
me,I eive,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real,personal
II and mixed,to G.Ashton Brownlee,as Trustee,for the following
uses and purposes:
To use the incone and as much of the principal thereof
8S is reasonably necessary for the support and maintenance and
education of my foster son,Frederick Dean Hays,until he arrives
at the age of twenty-one years and upon his arriving at the age
of t~enty-one years,this trust is to terminate and the entire
balance of the same,both principal and incone,shall be paid
to him.

FOURTH:I appoint G.Ashton Brownlee as Executor
of this Last Will and Testament and authorize and empower my
said Executor or my said Trustee to sell and convey all the
real estate of vI~ich I die seized,at either Dublic or private
sale and at such time or times and at such price or prices as to
him seems fit and proper and to give a deed or deeds for the
same ,ithout an Order of Court and vithout liability on the art
of the purchaser or ?urchasers to see to the application of the
urc~ase money.
