LAST WILL AND TESTAMENr
I,LOUIS COHEN of the Borough of East Washington
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declar
this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void
any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:All of my estate,real,personal
or mixed,of whatsoever nature,or wheresoever situate,which I
may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,
I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Anna Cohen
absolutely;provided,however,that if my said wife,Anna Cohen,
predeceases me,then and in that event,I direct that my entire
estate aforesaid be divided among my three children in the
following proportions:Vivian C.Rosenberg,one-fourth;Harry
M.Cohen,one-fourth and Samuel Z.Cohen,one-half.The differenc
in the proportions allowed to my three children aforesaid is not
based upon any difference in affection for my said children.
SECOND:I hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint my said Wife,Anna Cohen,executrix of this My Last Will
and Testament;provided however,that if my said wife predeceases
me,then and 1n that event,I appoint as my executors,my sons,
Harry M.Cohen and Samuel Z.Cohen.
