LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
CHARLES W.HANEY
BE IT REf'.1EMBERED,That I,Charles W.Haney,of the Borough
of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make this as and
for my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null
and void all wills or writings in the nature thereof by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I order and direct the payment of all my just
debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate,and
inheritance taxes as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2.I give and bequeath all my personal property,
of every description,nature or kind soever,and wheresoever the
same shall be at the time of my death,to my beloved Wife,Rose
E.Haney,and to my beloved son,Corliss Haney,share and share
alike.
3.I give and devise all my real property,of every
description and wheresoever situate,to my beloved wife,Rose E.
Haney,for and during the term of her natural life;the remainder,
in fee,to my beloved son,Corliss Haney.
4.I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my beloved son,Corliss Haney,executor of this my last will and
testament.
