LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ELIZABETH H.DENNY,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,declar~this to be my last Will,and revoke
any Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease.
SECOND:I bequeath the sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00)to the Mt.Pleasant United Presbyterian Church,
Hickory,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00
to my niece,Helene S.Glass,of Claverack,New York.
FOURTH:I bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00)to my niece,Hilda T.Howard,of Seattle,Washington.
FIFTH:I bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
to my niece,Mary T.Hahn,of Seattle,Washington.
SIXTH:I bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
to my nephew,Stephen Tudor,of Seattle,Washington.
SEVENTH:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate,of
every nature and wherever situate,to my niece,Jane Lowell Onder-
donk,of Canandaigua,New York.
EIGHTH:I appoint Alexander McIlvaine Executor of this my
last Will,and I direct that he shall not be required to give
bond for the faithful performance of his duties in any juris-
diction.
