LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
THOMAS HOWARD
I,THO MA S HOWA R D ,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Te stament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses
and the expense of administering my estate be paid by my Executrix here-
inafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which
I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my dear wife,ANNA HARVEY HOWARD,she to have
and to hold the same to her own use,absolutely and forever.
FINALLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my dear wife,
ANNA HARVEY HOWARD,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
