We,DOMENIC DiNICOLA and LILLIA DiNICOLA,of 28 South
McKean Avenue,Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound disposing mind,memory and understandin~,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be our last Will and Testament,thereby
revoking and making null and void any and all Wills,Testaments or
~ritings,in the nature thereof,by us at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:We direct that all our just debts and funeral ex-

penses to be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
after our decease.
SECOND:The one surviving the other is to inherit all
property (real,personal or mixed)of the other,to be used as the
survivor may see fit,but should both die,or if when both shRll be
dead and no individual Will or Testament shall have been made,then
the property of both shall be treated as one and the same,and be
disposed of as hereinafter provided.
THIRD:We give,bequeath and devise Rll of our estate to
our daughter,Laurina DeGeorge.
FOURTH:~e hereby make,constitute and appoint our
daughter,Laurina DeGeorge as Executrix of this our last Will and
Testament.
