I,Harry G.Bumgarner,of Millsboro,tashington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make,publish and declare this my last ill and Testament,
hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
FIRST.I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses and satisfy the same,
as soon as may be conveniently done after my decease.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath,to my brother,
Albert L.Bumgarner,all the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever sit-
uate.
THIRD.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my
brother Albert L.Bumgarner,and W.B.Vandegrift,execut6rs
of this my last ill and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Harry G.Bumgarner,the Testa-
tor above named have hereunto subscribed my name and affix-
ed my seal,this 22nd day of March 1943.
