Uniontown,Payette County,Pennsylvani ,being of
sound mind,memory and derstanding,do make,publish
and declare this as my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all wills
and te taments,or writings in the nature thereof,by
me at any time heretofore m de.
FIRST:I direct that all my just ebts d
funeral expens s be fully p id and sati~fled as soan
as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I g1 ve,dev1 se and bequ th all my
property of every kind,both real and personal,and
wherever located,of which r shall die seized and
pos essed,or to which I shall be entitled at the time
of my decease,to my wlte,M rion P.Hogs tt.I know
that she 111,and I so direct that she shall properly
provide tor and educate our son,John F.Hogsett,III.
THIRD:If my wit,Larlon P.Rogset ,shall
predvcess8 me then I give,devise nd beque th all my
property of every kind,both real and personal,and

FOURTH:I make,oonstitute and appoint my
wife,Marion p.Hogsett,to be Exeoutrix ot this,my
Last Will and Testament,to serve ithout bond,and
to do whatever things are reasonable and neoes ary to
vest my property as directed above.
