and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:I Give,devise and bequeath all of the rest,residue,
and remairder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever
kind and wheresoever situate,to Hermina Drechsler,m wife,provided
that she shall survive me by at least sixty (60)days.
Third:If the said Hermina Drechsler,my wife,shall predecease
me or shall die within sixty (60)days after the date of my death,
I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,as aforesaid,share
and share alike to Mrs.Josephine Rathi,my daughter,lf~s.Elizabeth
l'latuschek,my daughter,r'J:rs.Margaret Carter,my daughter,r rs.Mary
Moore,my dau~hter,and Mrs.Anne Nath,my daughter,or equal shares
to the survivors as between them,if any of them shall predecea~
me or shall die within sixty (60)da~/s after the date of my death.
I do hereby make)constitute and appoint Hermina Drechsler,my wife
to be my execut rix of this my Last Will and Testament •
In the event that Fermina Drechsler,my wife,should predecease me,
