1935 11y last will is that my son,John Bernath,to have every-
thin that I own and is on my name.One House ff518 Hudson Ave.
Half of #516 -Half of 508.The other half belongs to my husband.
When I die I want my husband to ive my son,John ernath,the
the half of the above houses that are on both our names.
I want to leave my husband One hundred dollars.Balance of m
money that I have in the postal savings and the bank aCcolmt I want
to leave to my son.Fifty dollars to my husband.My son can take
the money out of the bank and take over the houses,pay taxes and
take care of the houses together with my husband.
I want my son and husband to have a tombstone made.
Dear son take care of your father.I leave you in the care of
our lI~other Holy Y-ary,wi th you dear family.
