KNOV ALL MEN BY THESE PRESElTTS,that I,Russell G.Heyer,
of City of ~onongahela,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,having
full legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make and publish
this instrument as my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void any and all wills or testamentary writings heretofore
made by me,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct that ry Executrix,hereinafter named,
shall,as soon after my dece&se as may be expedient and proper,
pay all of m~just debts,funeral expenses,transfer i~~eritance,
succession or estate taxes,la~fully assessed upon my estate,and
the ex enses of the settlement of my estate.
2.All the rest and residue of mT estate,both real
and ersonal,and v"heresoever situc.te or found,of 'hich I may die
seized or possessed,or to ",hich I may be entitled at the time of
m decease,including any pro"Jert over r hich I rna -have the OYler
of a ointment,and remain"ng after the ~a-ment of t~e several
items mentioned in the foregoing ~aragraph hereof,I will,devise
and be ueath unto ill vife,liar F.Heyer,her heirs and assigns,
in fee simple and absolutely.
