I,CHARLES D.BORLAND,of the City of Monongahala,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind and memory,do make,publish,and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any Will
by me at any time hereto fore made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executors,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as conveniently may be done after my deoease.
SECOND:I order and direot that my body be interred
in the Borland family burial lot in Monongahela Cemetery.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Osleger the
sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars,without deduotion for
Inheritance Taxes.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue,and remainder of
my estate and property,real,personal,and mixed,of whatsoever
nature and kind,and Wheresoever situate,I Will,give,devise,
and bequeath unto my four ohildren,in equal shares,share and
share alike,in fee simple and absolutely,that is to say,
To my son William C.Borland the One-fourth
(l/4th)thereof;

To my daughter Elsie Virginia Borland the
One-fourth (1/4th)thereof;
To my son Charles D.Borland the One-fourth
(1/4th)thereof;
To my daughter Jane McCoy Borland the One-
fourth (1/4th)thereof.

FIFTH:I nominate,constitute,and appoint E. E.
Smith and my nephew Mark G.Borland as Guardians of the Estates
of any of my above named children who may be minors at the
time of my death,and as Executors of this my Last Will and
Testament.
SIXTH:I hereby constitute and appoint Chas.M.Hull,
Esq.,to be the Attorney for my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,CHARLES D.BORLAND,the Testator,
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of July,
1944.

named CHARLES D.BORLAND,as and for his Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at
his request as witnesses,in the presence of the said Testator•
