LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
AGNES HEISER
I,Agnes Heiser,also known as Agnes Hejzia and Agnes Hezia,
of the Borough of Canonsburg,County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,
hereby declare the following to be my Last V'ill and Testament,revoking any and
all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
and satisfied out of my estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath unto my son,John Heiser,the sum
of Two hundred ($200.00)Dollars.
Third.Having made provision for my daughters,Mary Olminski
and Blanche Molinaro,and my sons,Charles and Steve (now deceased)during
fny lifetime,I make no provision for them in this my will.
Fourth.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate which I may
own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my two daughteI9,Helen Heiser Pedeski and Wallie Heiser O'Shinski,
share and share alike,and appomt them executors hereof.In the event that
either daughter should predecease me,the share which said daughter would have
received,shall go to her issue,if any,otherwise to the survivor of the two.
