I,JOHN DUDRA,of North Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any Will pre-
viously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses,including my grave marker,shall be paid from my estate as soon
as practical after my decease.
SECOND:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate to my wife,Eva Dudra.,providing that
she shall survive me by one hundred eighty days.
THIRD:Should my wife,Eva Dudra,predecease me or die
on or before the one hunred eightieth day following my death,I devise
and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever sit-
uate to my three children,Eva Yeager,Olga Garafola,and John Dudra,
on the one hundred eighty-first day following my death,per stirpes.
FOURTH:I appoint my wife,Eva Dudra,as Executor of this
my Last Will.Should she fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor,
I appoint my daughter,Olga Garafola,Executor of this my Last Will.
FIFTH:I direct that my personal representative or Guar-
dian shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of
his duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand this 21st
day of August,1965.

Testator herein,named as and for his last Will in the presence of us,
who,at his request,in his presence and in the presence of each other,
have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
