me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:
I direct that all my just debts,Funeral expense,and the cost
of administrating my estate be paid by my executor hereinafter
named.
SECOND:
I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved daughters and sons:
Emma Hines,Janet Hines,William Hines,Margaret Hines and Edward
Thomas Hines,the sum of Twenty-Five dollars ($25.00)each.
THIRD:
I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved son,John Hines,of
Clarksville,Pa.,that certain piece of real estate with all
improvements,located in Deemston Borough,Washington County,Penna.,
and deeded to Edward Hines Sr.,Clarksville,R D #1,Penna.
FOURTH:
All and the remainder and residue of my property,real,personal
and mixed and monies,I give to my beloved son John Hines,for his
use and forever.
