Will of Etta P.Downer
I,Etta P.Downer,widow,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,having full legal capacity in the premises,
do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay all
my just debts,funeral expenses,and the expenses of the adminis-
tration of my estate,as soon after my decease as may be proper and
expedient.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real and
personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may die
seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the time of
my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several items
set forth in the preceding paragraph hereof,I will,devise,and
bequeath unto my son,Robert P.Downer,in fee simple and
absolutely;provided,however,that my said son,Robert P.Downer,
shall survive me in life.In the event that my said son should
predecease me,then,I will,devise,and bequeath such residuum
estate unto my daughter-in-law,Martha M.Downer,in fee simple
and absolutely.
3.I hereby appoint my son,Robert P.Downer,to be the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event that my
son,Robert P.Downer,should predecease me,then,I appoint my
daughter-in-law,Martha M.Downer,to be the Executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Etta P.Downer,the Testatrix,
have hereunto set my hand and seal this IJr~day of April,
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-three.
The foregoing instrument was signed,sealed,published,
acknowledged and declared by Etta P.Downer,the above named
Testatrix,as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the presence
of us,who,at her request,and in her presence,and in the
presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses hereto.
