LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

WILLIAM B.COWDEN.
I,WILLIAM:B.COWDEN,of Mt.Pleasant Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all wills
or papers in the nature thereof heretofore executed by me.
FIRST:I appoint M.K.Cowden and Mary Alma
Toward Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
SECOND:I hereby authorize and empower my
Executors to sell any and all real estate of which I may die
seized,upon such terms as to cash or credit as they may deem
best,and to execute deed or deeds for the conveyance thereof,
wi thout liability on the part of the purchasers to see to the
application of the purchase moneys,and in the event that they
elect to sell said real estate,I do direct that they offer
the same first to my son,Scott Glenn Cowden;at the prevailing
market price and allow him a period of thirty (30)days wi thin
which to accept the same;provided,further,that if at the end
of thirty (30)days he has not accepted or provided the means
of purchasing the same,my Executors are then free to sell to
whomever they shall elect.It is my wish that they shall
favor any other of"my children who might like to purchase the
same.
'ffiIRD:I do hereby give,devise and bequeath all
of my estate to my _nine children,namely:Harry Wayne Cowden;
Mark Kline Cowden;Mary Alma Toward;Andrew Thomppan Cowden;
Scott Glenn Cowden;Anna Wilda Porter;Eleanor Bath Perrine,
James McBurney Cowden,and Martha Jane Borland,their heirs
and as signs,in equal parts,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby direct tha t my Executors employ
the f'irm of'Acheson,Davidson &Fergus in the settlement of'
my estate.
