1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient,
and I direct that not less than $500.00 be expended ~or ~
tuneral.
2.All the rest;~residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,ot whatsoever kind and wheresoever.-
situate~I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Carl Henr,y
Czmiel,provided that he shall pay to his brother,Paul Czmiel,
