LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GUISEPPE CALLERY,also known as JOSEPH CALLERY
of the Borough of Finleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral
expenses to be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after my
dece-ase.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all the
rest,residue and remainder of my estate,personal or real,and
wheresoever the same may be found to my wife,MARIA N.CALLERY,
for and during her natural life,and upon her death,r give,de-
vise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
to my two daughters,DEA M.CALLERY and ~OSALINA K.CALLERY,share
and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and ap.
point DEA M.CALLERY to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament and further direct that no bond shall be required of her
