LAST ILL AND TEST ENT OF MARY BLUMENTAL
I,MARY BLUMENTAL of Clarksville,ashington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare'this as my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral
expenses to be fUlly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease.
SECOND:All of my estate,real,personal or mixed,
of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and
bequeath unto my son,EDWARD ANDRE BLUMENTAL,his heirs and
assigns forever.
THI D:In case my said child above named,Ed.ard
Andrew Blumental,is still a minor at the time of my decease,my
will is and I do appoint my sister,Anne Kensic of Clarksville,
ashington County,Pennsylvania,as testamentary guardian of the
person and estate of my said son with full power and authority to
act as such testamentary guardian.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
as executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,my sister,Anne
Kensic of Clarksville,V'ashington County,Pennsylvania,and do
direct that no bond shall be required of my said sister either as
testamentary guardian of my son,Edward Andrew Blumental nor as
executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
