LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I"William C.Harding ,of the City of Pittsburgh,
County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania"being of sound and
disposing mind and memory"do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament"in manner and form following,hereby revoking any
and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:All of my estate"whether real,personal or
mixed,wheresoever the same may be situate and of whatsoever the same
may consist,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter,Evelyn
L.schwartz
SECOND:I hereby name,constitute and appoint my
said daughter,Evelyn L.schwartz Executrix of this,my Last Will and
Testament,she to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
