LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
1,MAY D'AMICO,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will or Wills
heretofore made by me.
FIR ST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding
with my estate and station in life.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
Sabia L.D'Amico,her heirs and assigns forever,all my property,real,
personal or mixed,of what nature or kind soever,and wheresoever the
same shall be at the time of my decease.
THIRD:In case my daughter shall be a minor at the time
of my decease,I appoint my sister,Genevieve Easter,guardian of my
minor child during her minority.
FOURTH : I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter
Sabia L.D'Amico,Executrix of my Will;and,in case she shall predecease
me or renounce,or is unable to act for any reason,then I appoint my
sister,Genevieve Easter,as Executrix in her place and direct that
neither be required to give bond or security.
FIFTH:I appoint Edward V.Sciamanna~Esq.as attorney
for my estate if his services are needed in the settlement of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,1,MAY D'AMICO,the Testator
above mentioned,have hereunto name and affixed my
