LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT

ROBERT B.CALLIHAN
I,Robert B.Callihan,of the Borough of New Eagle,Washing
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memor
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare the follow-l
ing ,to be my Last viill and estament,hereby revoking and making
void any and all wills by me at ~y time heretofore made:
First~I direct that my bxecutrix,hereinafter named,pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenien -
ly done after my decease.
Second:All qf the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,in whatsoever form the sallie may be,and
wheresoever situate,I will,devise and bequeatn unto my daug~ter,
Iar aret A.Little,who now resides with me,in the Borough of New
£agle;unto her,my said daughter,absolutely,and unto her,her
heirs and assign~forever.
Third:I ake tDis will keeping in mind my son,Lloyd H.
Callihan,now of the City of Cleveland,Ohio,byt have left nim
nothing f r the reason t~at I ave provided for fiim by a life-in-
surance policy in -bich he is namea as t e beneficiary and \~lich
policy will be no part of'my estate.
Fourth:1 do hereby nomin te,constitute and ay~oint my
daughter,Margaret A.Little,the ~xecutrix of this,my Last ~ill
and Testament.
