I,JOHN BEDNARZIK,of BUlger,Smith Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills here-
tofore made by me.
1.I direct the payment of all my just debts and my funera
bill as soon as convenient after my death.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever
situate and wheresoever found,to my children in the following
shares:
To my son,Stanley F.Bednarzik,one-fourth thereof.
To my daughter,Frances Bednarzik,one-fourth thereof.
To my daughter,Laura B.Morra,one-sixth thereof.
To my daughter,Virginia B.Tarchalle,one-sixth thereo •
To my son,Walter J.Bednarzik,one-sixth thereof.
I nominate and appoint my daughter,Frances Bednarzik,
as Executrix of this will.
