I,CHARLES M.HERRON,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my wife,Anne C.Herron,
the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars in cash in lieu of her
widow's exemption of $500.00.
TEIRD.All of the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,
real,personal,or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise,and
bequeath to my wife and three (3)daughters in the proportions here-
inafter set forth:
To my wife,Anne C.Herron,one-third (1/3),
To my daughter,Margaret E.Herron,two ninths (2/9),
To my daughter,Rebecca Herron Whitacre,two ninths (2/9),
To my daughter,Katherine Herron Dorrill,two ninths (2/9).
A~ID LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Adam L.Sanders of Washington,Pennsylvania,executor of this my Last
Will and Testament.
