Attorney.
I,George W.Campbell,of the City of Connell~ville,
County of Fayette,and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound,
disposing mind and memory,considering the uncertainty of life,
and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have
strength and capacity,do make this,my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my property,
real,personal or mixed,to my wife,Ida Sparks Campbell,to be
hers for and during the period of her natural life,to manage,
control and use,and to receive the income therefrom,and spend
the same in any way she sees fit.
THIRD:I,give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my said estate remaining at the death
of my said wife,to my five children,Grace Me,Buris,Cly.de S.
,
Campbell,Catherine L.Campbell,Benjamin H.Campbell,and
Rebecca H.Campbell,equally,that is ahare and share alike,to
be theirs,their heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:It is my will,and I so direct,that in case
my estate is compelled to pay the obligations of my said sons,
Clyde S.Campbell and Benjamin H.Campbell,on whose notes or
paper I am liable,then,and in that case,whatever amount my
said estate shall pay for each of my said sons,that same shall
be considered in the nature of'an advancement,and same shaJ.l.be
deducted from the distributive share of each of my said sons.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my said
wife,Ida Sparks Campbell,Executrix of this,my last will and
testament,without inventory or bond.I appoint F.E.Younkin,
Esq.,legal counsel in the settlement of my estate.

That we,Clyde S.Campbell and C.H.Kennel and S.P.
Flenniken,sureties,all of the County of Fayette,in the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania,are held and firmly bound unto the said
Connnonweal th,in the sum of Two Thousand and xx/IOO Dollars,to be
paid to the said Commonwealth,to which payment well and truly to
be made,we bind ourselves,jointly and severally for and in the
Whole,our heirs,executors,and administrators,firmly by these
presents.
Sealed with our seals,and dated the 27 If day of :May in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 35.
THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS,That if the above
bounden Clyde S.Campbell administrator d.b.n.c.t.a.of all
and singular the goods,chattels and credits of George W.Campbell
late of Connellsville,Fayette County,deceased,do make or cause
to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the
goods,chattels and credits of the said deceased,which have come
or shall come to the hands,possession or knowledge of
the said or into the hands and possession of any
other person or persons for and the same so made do
exhibit or cause to be exhibited,in the Register's Office,in
the County of Fayette,within thirty days from the date hereof;
and the same goods,chattels and credits,and all other the goods,
chattels and credits of the said deceased,at the time of his
death,which at any time after shall come to the hands or poss-
ession of the s aid or into the hands and pos'session
of any other person or persons for do well and truly
administer according to law,and funther,do make or cause to be
made a just and true account of said administration,
within one year from the date hereof,or when there~nto legally re-
quired,and all the rest and residue of the said goods and chattels,
rights and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said adminis-~0/'<:'

tra account,the same being first .examined and allowed by
the Orphans'Court of the County of Fayette,shall deliver and pay
over unto such person or persons as the said Orphans'Court by
their decree or sentence (pursuant to law)shall limit and appoint,
and shall well and truly comply with the laws of this Commonwealth
relating to collateral inheritance;and if it shall hereafter ap-
pear that any last Will and Testament was made by t he said deceas-
ed,and the same shall be proved according to law,if the said

letters of administration (into the Register's Office aforesaid),
then this obligation to be void and of no effect,otherwise to re-
main in full force and virtue.
