I,ROSS DEATERLY,of Jefferson Township,Fayette County,
Pennsylvania,do make this my Will,hereby revoking any and all
Wills at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST.-I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
convenient.
SECOND.- I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,both
real and personal,and wheresoever situated,to my brother,John
Riley Deaterly,and Edith Stone Deaterly,his wife,or to the
survivor of them.
THIRD.-In the event neither my brother,John Riley Deaterl ,
nor his wife,Edith Stone Deaterly,survives me,then I give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate,both real and personal and
wheresoever situated,to their daughter,Harriette Deaterly
Charney.
FOURTH.- I appoint my brother,John Riley Deaterly,Execu-
tor of this my W:Lll;provided however,that in the event he pre-
deceases me or for any reason is lmable to be appointed and act
and continue to act as such Executor,then I appoint his wife,
Edith stone Deaterly,Executrix of this my Will;and provided
further,however,that in the event both of them predecease me or
for any reason neither of them is able to be appointed and act and
continue to act as sLlch Executor,then I appoint their daughter,
