penses,transfer inheritance taxes and the expenses of the set-
tlement of my estate be paid as soon as conveniently may be
after my deceE,se.

soever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my niece,
Gale C.I~iller Grim,and her heirs,absolutely and in fee simple,
in consideration for her kind care and maintenance of me,in her
