being of sound mind,7nemory and understanding,do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and makintl void all former TiVills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid
and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND - I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,
personal and mixed,of whatever nature and whatsoever situate,which I may own
or hQve the right to dispose of at the time of my death,unto my daughter,
ANNA (P~YUZIK)POVCHAN,who resides at Pasta Sela Antalovici,Zakarpatska
Oblosty,Uzhorod,(Czechoslovakia)U.S.S.R.
