ill and for said County,do hereby certify the following to be a true amI correct copy of the
original Last vVill and Testament of the above nall1ed deceased <1'5 the same remains on file in my
oificc at Greensburg,and of Record in Will Book Nu 3.Q page 4§.5 to wit:
I,Joseph R.Campbell,of the Borough of Scotrdale,County of
Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania,being of a sound and disposing
mind do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last will and
testament and all previous wills by me made are delared null and void.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
are to be paid as soon as they conveniently can be paid.
SECOND.To my wife,Mary Elizabeth .Campbell,I will and bequeath
all my personal and real property during her life time and at her
death I direct that the residue of my estate real,personal and mixed
shall be divided and disposed of as follows;
To my daughter,Bess V.Cook,one half and to my son,Henry W.
Campbell,one half.

THIRD.To the First Presbyterian Church of Scottdale,Pa.,I
give and bequeath Pennsylvania Railroad Company bonds of a par value
to the sum of three thousand dollars under the condition that the
money,if the above bonds be sold,shall be invested in sound and
legal securities and the income that is received therefrom is to be
paid into the Church as a yearly subscription for Joseph R.Campbell
and Mary Elizabeth Campbell and the money shall be used for no other
purpose.The Elders of the Church are to invest the money hereby
bequeathed and this bequest is to so remain for an indefinite time.
FOURTH.The writing desk I bequeath to my son Henry W.Campbell and
hereby appoint him the said Henry W.Campbell to be Executor of my
estate and without bond.I also appoint him as Guardian of the share
of my estate that is devised to my daughter,Bess V.Cook.-.
FIFTH.Bess V.Cook,if she so wishes,can give to the First
Presbyterian Church of Scottdale,Pa.,any amount not in excess of
one thousand dollars,to be invested in a like amnner as stated in
part third of thi s will and the income thereform to Qe...;s a yearly..~.
SIXTH.At the death of Bess V.Cook the r~mainder of -he~share
of my estate is to go to Henry W.Campbell,if E,e then living,or in
the event of his prior death to his children,share and share alike.
