I.I direct that my just debts and funeral expense
e paid out of my estate.
II.give and bequeath to my brother,F.L.BRYft.
the sum of Fifteen Hundred (1500.00)Dollar,provided he is

a t my dea t ,then the sa.id legacy to pe.ss under the residuary

III.The balance or re sidue of my esta te,real and
