LAST WILL AND 'lESTAMENT
OF
DENNIS HUGGINS
I,DENNIS HUGGINS,of the City of Washington,Vashing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,,
memory and understanding,to make and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other
Wills by me at any time herettfore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after
my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to Edna F.Gardner,my
step-daughter,of 455 Donnan Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,
the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00)Dollars,absolutely,tax free.
3.I give,devise and bequeath to my executors herein-
after named,or the survivor of th~,the sum of Three Hundred
($300.00)Dollars,in trust nevertheless,to invest and keep in-
vested,and to expend the net income derived therefrom,for the
benefit of William D.Gardner,their son;and to pay the principa
thereof to him when he arrives at the age of twenty-one (21)year ;
but in case it is necessary for his welfare to expend any part or
~ll of the principal before that age,they shall be the sole
judge of that necessity.
4.I give,devise and bequeath to Anna Schafer,my
step-daughter,of 17 West Chestnut Street,Washington,Pennsyl-
vania,the sum of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars,absolutely.
5.I give,devise and bequeath to my executors herein-
after named,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars to pay the
following amounts for Masses to be said:1)For my father,mother,
sisters and brothers,the sum of ~venty-Five ($25.00)Dollars;
2)For my first wife,Margaret Huggins,the sum of TWenty-Five
($25.00)Dollars;3)For my second wife,Cecelia Heiner Huggins,
the sum of TWenty-Five ($25.00)Dollars;4)For the testator,
Dennis Huggins,the sum of ~lenty-Five ($25.00)Dollars.

6.All the rest,residue and remainder of my property,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Mrs.Margare
King,of Toronto,Canada.
7.I give and bequeath my watch and chain to William
lams,foreman at the Hazel Atlas Glass Company #1 Plant.
8.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Joseph S.
Gardner and Edna F.Gardner,his wife,of #455 Donnan Avenue,
Washington,Pennsylvania,to be the executors of this my Last
I Will and Testament,and to act as trustees thereunder,with full
power and authority to carry out the provisions thereof the same
as I could do if living,without being required to give bond.
In Witness Vlhereof,I,Dennis Huggins,testator above
named,have to this my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and
seal this 12th day of April,1949.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
name~testator as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the
presence of us,who at his request and in his presence,and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto.
