That I,Charles Albert Herron ,of Hanover township
in the County OJ ~ashington and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do he'eby make,publish
and declare this my last 'tlUltll and Uestament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut or
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath
~o my friend,William L.Hinchee,"*Five hundred dollars,($500.00)
All the rest of my property both personal and real estate to be
equally divided between Sarah Potter Sherman,my niaca,and James
Herron,my nephew,both are children of my brother,Fred Herron.
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint William L.Hinchee
to be Execut or of this my last Will and Testament,
