WILL
I,ROMAINE DILLARD,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish,and declare this my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named,to pay all of my
debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath my entire estate,real
and personal,to my daughter,MILDRED DILLARD IVERY,or to her issue,
should she predecease me.
THIRD:I hereby appoint my daughter,MILDRED DILLARD IVERY,
as Executor of this my last Will and Testament with full power and authority to
sell any or all real estate of which I may die seized,and further direct that my
said Executor shall serve without Bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
day of August,1968.
Signed,sealed,published,and declared by the above named testator,
ROMAINE DILLARD,as and for her last Will and Testament,in the presence of
us who,at her request,in her presence,and in the presence of each other,have
