Houston,WaBhin~~on County,Penn8ylvania,bein~of sound snd dis-
posin~mind,memory and understandi~,do hereby make and publish
this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revokin~and makin~void
all former wills or testamentary wri~ings by me at any time
heretofore m~de.
First:-I dire~t that my Exeautor,here1nafter named,to
pay all my just debts and expenses as soon as aonven1ently msy
be done after my deaasse.
Seoond:-I ~ive and bequeath to my nieoe,Mary Jane
Challener MaKee,of MoKeesport,Pennsylvania,the sum of Five
Thousand doll~r8 (45 ,000.00).
Third:-I give and bequeath to Dr snd Mrs M.B.Herron,
or the suv1vor,the ~um of One Thousand dollars ($lOOO.OO).This
sum is to help aid siak and homeless dogs,but is the property
of Dr and Mrs M.B.Herron absolutely.
,ourth:-To Dr James E.Wilson,I bequeath the ,sum of
One thousand dollars (~1000.00)He has been the family phyaiaian
sin~e I have lived in HOW51.on and was very kind to my mother
through many illnesses.
Fifth:-To my sister,Lena Dodds L1ttell,of Philadelphia
Pennsylvania,I ~ive and bequeath all the residuary of my Estate
It is my wish that all taxes be paid by the Estate so that
e8ah benefiaiary gets the full amount speaified in this my Will.
I do hereby make,aonstitute and appoint my sister,lena
Dodds Litotell to be Exeolltrix of thij my last Will and Testament.
