I have been engaged by Louis Chinko,whose brother,
John Chinko of R.D.#1,Cannonsburg,Pennsylvania,died August
2,1949.
Will you please advise us whether Letters of A~~n
istration have been granted,and if so,to whom,and whether
an inventory and list of debts have been filed,and the
amounts thereof.
If Letters have not been issued,our client,being
the nearest relative I believe would be entitled to make applic-
ation for the s~me,and will arrange promptly to do so,provided
they have not been issued.
