soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

entered into written Articles 0 Agreement,w th E.A.ickerham
and Margaret Wickerham,h s wife,in which we agreed to purchase
from them certa1n real Estate 1n varroll ownship,containing
approxim tely three (3)acres,and therein fully described.
though I have not com9leted t~paymen in full of the 9urchase
price,do have cons derab e equi y herein;and have cons ructed
on such prope ty one large and one small frame res ence_

realized,pay all debts and expenses,and d stri ute any balance
as herein fter provided.
