I,BERTHA D.HOOT1~N,of the City of ~ashington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my daughter,ELLEn H.TONE,
my large diamond ring,and I give and bequeath my two (2)small dia-
mond rings to my son,RALPH A.HOOTu~N.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my husband,J.IiAX HOOT t1.Al,all
of my household goods and furnishings for and during the period of
his natural life-time.At the death of my husband,J.Max Hootman,
I give,and bequeath all of my household goods and furnishings to
my son,RALPH A.HOOT~~N,outright.
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal
or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughter,ELLEN H.TONE,and my son,RALPH A.HOOT.A1,share and
share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
RALPH A.HOOTl~.N,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
