In the Name of God,Amen,I,FRANCIS BAYENS,lidower,of the
Borough of Charleroi,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,do makemy Last Will and Testament in
manner and form following:-
1.I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses
e paid as soon as may be conveniently done after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate of whatsoever
kind and nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my death to my
c ildren,their heirs and assigns in the following proportions,to-wit,
to EVA PRYJO SKI the 9/40th part;to FRANK BAYE~S,the 7/40th part;to
PETE BAYENS the 6/40th part;to JAMES J.BAYEN~the 6/40th part;to
E A BEHRENDT the 6/40th part;to ROSIE ~SPOSITQ the 6/40th part.
